Join faculty members from the Florida State University College of Music’s premier chamber ensemble as they present an evening of exhilarating music celebrating the program’s rich 125-year history. These brilliant artists, who perform worldwide at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and the Moscow Conservatory, make their Sarasota debut at the Historic Asolo Theater.
Founded in 2019 by pianist Ian Hobson, the Dohnányi Chamber Players performs a wide range of classical masterworks including the music of Ernst von Dohnányi, the legendary Hungarian composer who was part of the FSU faculty from 1949-1960.
